Orange County has many artifacts and historical points of interest from the World War II era. The Tustin Blimp Hangars are the most obvious. There is also the Santa Ana Army Air Base (SAAAB), which is where the OC Fairgrounds are located. These locations and events, and many more, will be commemorated over the next five years in order for current generations to appreciate Orange County's involvement in World War II and its impact on this area's growth.
